MOTHER'S DAY GIVEAWAY

THE BORING (BUT NECESSARY) BIT

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to UK residents only aged 18 or older. Employees of Lilly & Jude, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected to the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

1. Follow @lillyandjude on Instagram or/and Like our Facebook page @lillyandjude

2. Like the giveaway post on their chosen platform(s).

3. Comment on the post and tag a friend (each tag counts as one entry).

Although it's not a requirement of the giveaway, participants are encouraged to share the giveaway post to their Instagram story or Facebook timeline. This helps Lilly and Jude with social media reach.

Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on 8th March 2025 at 12:00 AM (GMT) and closes on 22nd March 2025 at 11:59 PM (GMT).

The winner will be announced on 23rd March 2025.

4. Prize Details

The prize is one (1) Alaula Bag, handcrafted from rescued leather, featuring silver hardware and a panelled design.
The prize is:

Non-transferable
Non-exchangeable
No cash alternatives available

The prize can only be shipped to UK addresses.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random using Comment Picker. The winner will be contacted via the platform they entered through (Instagram or Facebook).

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, a new winner will be selected by re-pulling the draw.

6. Disqualification

Lilly & Jude reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

Does not meet the entry requirements.
Uses fake accounts or bots to participate.
Engages in any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

7. Liability

Lilly & Jude accepts no responsibility for:

Entries not received due to technical issues, internet failure, or other factors beyond our control.
Non-delivery of the prize due to incorrect shipping information provided by the winner.
Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

Entrants’ personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway.
