Description
There's a reason I made myself one of these (in black) three years ago and haven't put it down since. The Swift is that bag. The one that goes everywhere, holds everything you actually need, and still looks brand new years later because good leather just gets better with time.
Made from rescued tan leather with a beautifully grained finish, the Swift is a proper everyday crossbody that's been thought through properly. Two external slip pockets sit at the front and back, each secured with a magnetic tab, and both are big enough for your phone or passport. (One of them has a built-in two-card leather pocket too, for those days when you just want to grab and go.) Inside, there's a zip pocket and a slip pocket with a card holder that fits two more cards. Four card slots in total. Yes, really.
The strap is a wide chevron-patterned woven strap in tan and ivory, fully adjustable and removable, so you can switch up how you wear it depending on your mood. Silver hardware and bag feet keep everything clean and practical. It's a bag that works as hard as you do, without making a fuss about it.
The Swift is the bag you reach for when you want to look like you've got your life together (even if you haven't). Throw it over a summer dress for a day in the city. Pair it with jeans and a linen shirt for a weekend market. Sling it across a co-ord at the airport. Tan leather sits beautifully with cream, white, olive, rust, terracotta, navy and pretty much every neutral going, which means it earns its place in your wardrobe every single season, not just summer.
The leather in Swift was rescued from waste and given a second life instead of ending up in landfill. Every bag I make is upcycled from materials that would otherwise have been thrown away, which means no two are exactly alike. The variation in the leather isn't a flaw, it's the whole point.

Gorgeous bag!
This is a really beautiful bag. The leather is beautiful, it is so soft and it the bag is really well made. I love the classic shape with the modern twist clasp. The little touches like the beautiful interior lining, and the handy card slots and zipped interior pocket make it so special but also practical. I also got some free gifts with this bag - a really handy bag hook and a lovely little pack containing tissues, an emery board, a tiny sewing kit and a plaster (I think). I used the bag hook when I took the bag for its first outing on Thursday night and it was so handy as it was a wet evening so I didn't want to put the bag o the floor, even though it has little feet to protect it.
Thank you for the thoughtful extra touches and the lovely note that was in the box. I'm very pleased with my purchases.
