Description
There's something about a cream bag that feels a bit indulgent, right up until you realise how easy it actually is to wear. This one leans more butter yellow than stark cream, warm rather than clinical, and it goes with far more than you'd expect.
She's not trying to hold your whole life, just the essentials, phone, sunglasses, passport, with a bit of room left over. There's something quite freeing about a bag that simply doesn't have space for the extras you don't really need.
Take the strap off and clip on a chain wristlet instead if you want to dress her up for the evening, or leave her crossbody and get on with your day. Open her up and a yellow, pink and beige floral lining brightens things up nicely, and hidden inside is the leather purse built into the lining itself, card, cash and coins all in one spot, no second purse required.
Butter yellow's had a proper moment lately, and this shade is easy to see why. Through spring and summer she sits beautifully against white linen and tan sandals, sunny without trying too hard. Come autumn, don't put her away, she works just as well against denim and a chunky cream knit, picking up warmth against the darker layers rather than getting lost in them.
She's cut from rescued leather that's been given a second life rather than left to waste, and she'll turn up on your doorstep in packaging that's just as considered, recyclable through and through.

This is a really beautiful bag. The leather is beautiful, it is so soft and it the bag is really well made. I love the classic shape with the modern twist clasp. The little touches like the beautiful interior lining, and the handy card slots and zipped interior pocket make it so special but also practical. I also got some free gifts with this bag - a really handy bag hook and a lovely little pack containing tissues, an emery board, a tiny sewing kit and a plaster (I think). I used the bag hook when I took the bag for its first outing on Thursday night and it was so handy as it was a wet evening so I didn't want to put the bag o the floor, even though it has little feet to protect it.
Thank you for the thoughtful extra touches and the lovely note that was in the box. I'm very pleased with my purchases.
